Mail Orders While We Are Traveling

Please note that if I intend to be out of town I will post a notice on the top page of my website.  Normally if I am traveling to a show I am traveling 2-3 weeks. There are times when I might be traveling for longer periods of time due to the distance of shows or if I am doing more than one show.

if I am traveling I will not receive mail orders until we return and your order will be processed then. If we are going to be gone longer than two weeks and you wish to order by mail contact me and I'll try to make arrangements with you where you can send the order or you can use the mail order form and email all the information to me. I will provide you with the address where you can mail the payment.

I am sorry for any inconvenience this might cause but please feel free to contact me regarding your orders.

Mail orders during the winter

NOTE: We are in AZ most of the winter

Our mailing & shipping address from December 10 - March 10. It must be mailed to this address starting 12/5/11 and no later than March 1st to ensure we receive it in a timely manner. Our mail is forwarded but it will be delayed if you send it to our regular address during the winter.

Please be sure to PRINT BOTH PAGES and PRINT CLEARLY to avoid problems with delivery of your order. Note that your phone number & email address must be included in case there are problems with the order there is a way to contact you.

Item numbers

Please ensure you use the Item number when ordering. If you click on buttons "add to cart" the item number will come up. Since many items in our inventory are similar I MUST have an item number on all orders to ensure accuracy. 

SHIPPING CHARGES

The shipping charges on the mail order form are calculated for the continental USA ONLY. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii PLEASE CONTACT ME for a quote on shipping charges.
